Those are tile spacers and you can find them at hardware stores. Not sure if they come in various colors, as I've only noticed them in white at The Home Depot.

Those in the picture may have been spray painted.

Here in China I went to B&Q and bought a 100ct bag of them for ~$1.

I use them to mark moved/fired in Panzer Grenadier. The first few times I played with em I felt they weren't enough of an improvement to justify their use...

but, after one particularly large scenario the utility of not needing to lift a marker to check the stats of a unit underneath was amply demonstrated.

I found some at a Mardel's book store in the kids area. You may also find them at a Hobby Lobby.

If you don't mind spending a bit more, the Litko plastic stuff can be customized. I've seen some really nice looking chits and markers for everything from PG, AA:Minis, to OCS.

Or go the cheap way and raid your Bingo, Tiddlywinks, and tile spacers.

It's all good.

I'd never heard of those before.

Here's a direct link for anyone else out there like me.

Jim - I can get you small colored disks if you can use those instead. They're about half the size of a "No Thanks!" chip.

I bought the tile spacers from Home Depot, they come in different sizes and are a little soft. I used a couple diferent color magic markers to color them for diferent uses. They work great. I think they were about $4. for 250 of them in a bag.
