I need counters, but it doesn't seem like you can print these yourself. Instead, I could use poker chips and paste 1" stickers on them.

Where can I get poker chips at a low price? I don't really care how low quality they are, as long as they are in three colors. Or four even.

Not that I have any, but what game are you needing these for?

Take a look at your local goodwill. If you don't see any there, you'll have to buy them from your local Walmart or Target or some such store.

Well, I had the same issue - it depends on how many you want. I just bought cheap plastic ones at the local dollar store.

The nice 11 gram ones at Wal Mart were about $5 for 50. I paid $2 for 100 - but they were very light plastic.

If you want to get REALLY fancy, you can get custom chits made at http://www.litkoaero.com/ Of course, the price goes up :-)

I ended up just cutting a set out of medium fibre board wood as well.

Good luck

I ordered a bunch of mini-chips from this joint in Texas. Service was excellent.

Any dollar or less store (such as Dollar Tree) will have them in either the toy or party supply section.

Yeah, I bought these too and highly recommend them. I got the case and 420 numbered chips which should be enough for anyone.

Here's a pic of my set. You can fit two sets of 210 in one of those cases.

I highly recommend the meeplepeople chips. In fact, I would replace the normal set with two sets of the numbered chips. I've played two 18xx games with them and they were WONDERFUL. I say this even knowing that I have a full set of clay BGG chips that I bought from Aldie... These might be better.
