I could probably come up with something by utilizing a flow chart and random die rolls. Hmmm... I'll think about it.

I don't see how it would be worthwhile. Any such "AI" would be predictable and exploitable, and probably not even much of a challenge for entry level players. Better than nothing though, right?

Well, this is my piece-of-junk attempt. Not yet tested, in a VERY rough format, etc. This explains how to decide how each unit moves each turn. I didn't get around to determining what to build yet, but I think it's more important that it can work with what it has.
