Team Good
1 Old Man-The Old Man will die on night x, where x is the number of Werewolves left in the game +1. The Old Man knows the identity of the Seer.
2 doppelgangers-The Doppelgangers select two players N0 (a primary and a secondary). When that player dies, the doppelgangers take on the role of that player. If both choose the same player, a randomly chosen doppelganger will get his primary choice. The other will get his second choice. Until that player dies, the doppelgangers are villagers.
1 Seer-Views for Werewolves
1 non-repeating bodyguard-Dies in the place of whomever he/she protects at night
1 Hunter
4 villagers

Team Evil
3 Werewolves
1 Old Man-The Old Man will die on night x, where x is the number of villagers left in the game -1. Doppelgangers (before they have taken on a new identity) are not included in this count. They are include if they take on the identity of a villager. The Old Man knows the identity of the werewolves.
1 Sorcerer-Views for Seer

Misc:
Full role Reveal on Death
Lynch: 4:00bgg
Night Orders Due: 6:00bgg

Btw, the doppelganger and old men ideas came from Ultimate Werewolf: Ultimate Edition. I tweaked them a bit.

What if for Evil Old Man, it's say, d4. All villagers/doppelgangers are alive. a Doppelganger chose a wolf, and that wolf was lynched, decreasing the villager number to 5. The old man can't then die in n3, so does he die on n4 or does he just stay alive.

cool role set.

So the evil old man dies on N3 at the beginning (4 villagers - 1)

But if the doppelgangers affect that at all, the old men will die on the following night. Old men will always die at night.

Also, doppelgangers (before they take on another role) do not count as villagers when calculating the evil old man's death.

But if a doppelganger chooses a villager, and that villager was lynched on D1, the doppelganger becomes that villager and the evil old man's status does not change.

If the Doppelgangers choose evil players, can't that make the game unbalanced?

But I guess it would work out since obviously I had caught at least one evil player.

Yep. Or if one chooses the seer and the other the hunter.

Re: Old Men and Doppelgangers -Sign Up
As a noob I will likely require a bit more detail on the roles than the regular player. Even something like Sorcerer, wins if evil wins or if the seer is killed?

Are the old men killed in addition to the wolf kill, and are they identified as such? Good for clues.
Hunter I think I understand (aid as a tie breaker).
Bodyguard not so much so, rule is clear but purpose is a little vague. I guess the seer could out themselves and hope the bodyguard protected them on that night.
Doppelganger - role switch to add confusion, rules seem clear.

The sorc will win with Evil.

There is full role reveal on death, so any kill will be revealed. The Old Man deaths are in addition to the wolf kill.

Not really as a tie breaker. Typically, if the wolves are at 1-1, they win (parity attained). But if the hunter ends up with a wolf, the hunter kills him and Good wins.

Typically, if the seer lives long enough, they will want to reveal the information they have. Hopefully, the bodyguard could protect them to allow them to get another view. That's assuming the bodyguard believes the seer enough to protect them....

As a noob myself i have a hunter question. If there are 2 villagers 2 wolves do wolves win or does the hunter work there too? or is the hunter only good if they are down to 1-1?
