Collins Epic Wargames will host a learning game of Frontline General: Italian Campaign Introduction at Historicon next week in Lancaster, PA, Saturday evening July 18th at 8pm.

"Learn the Frontline General Boardgame/Minis hybrid system from the publisher (GM) as you play a challenging hypothetical scenario for control of the Italian port of Bari. The boardgame serves to drive most of the action setting up the final battle for Bari that will be resolved using 15mm miniatures (provided)."

Please stop by if you are heading to Historicon and check out and/or participate in our event. It's open to six players and each participant will receive a discount gift certificate good toward our games at the show or online.

We'll also be hosting a similiar demo at WBC in August in Lancaster, PA.

We hope to see you and teach you the game first hand at either show!

Thanks for the Demo, I had to buy a copy that night. I am involved in a guadalcanal campaign using flat top rules and cant wait to read all the rule for frontline general to find ways to integrate it into the campaign. Cant wait for a frontline general campaign involving island hopping in the pacific.

Byron, well first, it's always nice to meet another person named Byron.

Thanks again for participating in the game on Saturday night and for helping me carry all of my stuff out to my car! Buying the game was great of you as well. Another player bought a copy the next day at the show. I'm just glad everyone enjoyed the game- that was a BIG game- with 6 new players, it was the largest game I've run with a new set ofo players. I think everyone picked it up well and had a good time. I should have some pictures up on Consimworld Social before long and when I do, I'll post the link here as well.

The Pacific... seems so far off for me right now as I'm still focused on Southern Italy, but it's a very interesting proposition.

Enjoy the game and e-mail me or call direct if you have any questions.

Thanks, David. Received your e-mail as well. Although I can't make it this year, I'll consider it for next!
