A good way to create a reusable player sheet for this game would be to print out a good copy of it, then laminate it.
Using fine point whiteboard markers, you can write and rewrite on the sheet without the need of reprinting it.
Just a thought.

I suggest, to convert them into the adventurer cards with those beautiful portraits, as in the original document.

If yo udon't have a laminator, you can slip the printed adventure into a plastic sheet protector and use the Dry Erase marker too. It works great!
