Great, what happens if I collapse and need help?

Also, when we were visiting Carmel, CA when Clint Eastwood was mayor (in 1985) we found out it was illegal to consume ice cream in the park. As we were consuming ice cream in the park. Is it a law towns named Carmel have bizarre ice cream laws?

Those are awesome, but I will bet money (and I'm a nickel-slots, walk-away-when-I'm-a-dollar-up kind of gal) that the stories behind why they were passed in the first place are even more awesome.
