I have some question about snap fire.

If I conduct snap fire with one soldier with a personal weapon I can do two shoots

I must make one jam check, one hit check and one out of ammo use check for each shoot I do? or only one jam check for the two shoots and one out of ammo check for the two shoots.

I don't know if the rules specifically address this, but I've always played where each fire undergoes the whole fire procedure, including jam and ammo rolls. So, you'd roll for jam check, hit number, ammo expenditure for the first fire, and then do it all over again for the second shot.

Yes.

Edit: Snap fire is the opposite of aimed fire, which means a soldier is risking jams and running through ammo quicker.
