Delayed Reaction II

Premise: The Wolves are Doctors who inject a deadly serum into their victims which takes 24 hours to take effect. Patients receiving the DR serum will not know they will become victims until the time of their demise, with the exception of Dr. Fletcher's brutal target.


Team Evil:

Dr. Fletcher: Always carries a syringe of the DR serum with him. Brutal. May inject one of his voters.

Dr. Preston: As long as he is alive, there is no public nightime reveal of DR sereum victims. Wolf Priest.

Dr. Horace: regular Doctor.

The Doctors share a chat. If possible, they will choose their N0/N1 victim; otherwise, they will be informed of a random N0/N1 victim on N0.

Dr. Jackson: Intern (Cub); promoted to regular Doctor when the first Doctor is killed. Knows the doctors but is unknown by them. Viewed as "doctor" by Kenny or Larry. Does not count for doctor parity while a cub.

Nurse Ratchet: Knows the doctors and is always on the lookout for patients spying during the night. Combination Sorcerer and Cultist. Views for Kenny and Larry. Dan will also appear as Seer. Receives a negative N0. Is informed of the injection target each night.


Team Good:

Kenny: Has a penchant for getting around the ward after hours. Seer. Views for doctor/not-doctor. Dan will appear as doctor. Receives a negative N0.

Larry: Kenny's proto-protege. Apprentice Seer. Takes Kenny's place should anything happen to him. Does not receive any information about Kenny's views.

Edgar: (Tough) Hunter. If left alone with one Doctor, wins the game for Team Good. Has a high tolerance for the DR serum and is only affected by a second dose of it. (But is not Tough to lynch.)

Dan: Even he doesn't know who he is sometimes; small wonder that other people mistake him for someone else. Tinker. Shows as Doctor to Kenny and Larry, and as Seer to Nurse Ratchet. Not self-aware. Reveals as Patient on death.

8 other Patients (normal Villagers).


Victory Conditions:

Team Good wins if all Doctors are eliminated.

Team Evil wins if parity is reached between remaining Doctors and all other players (excluding one-on-one with Hunter).


Other Bits:

Balance is not guaranteed.
The Number One Priority is to have Fun.
Not/low posting and/or not voting could get you Mod-killed (you've been warned).
If not posting within 18-24 hours of gamestart, I will begin considering subbing with an alternate.
Votes must conform to the Cassy protocol. Edited Vote posts are invalidated.
Votes time-stamped 4:00 or earlier are valid; those at 4:01 or later are not.
If BGG is down, especially in the final hour or so prior to lynch, lynch will be delayed or postponed unless previously announced otherwise.
Geekmail may be used for questions and orders if Cassy is unavailable.
Conditional Voting is allowed only in extreme circumstances with Mod approval.
Ask questions in red to receive an answer in red.
Try to limit the editing of posts; always include a brief explanation if you do so.
No Posting when the Mod says No Posting.
No PMs between players.
No deleting of posts without Mod permission.
No direct quotes of Mod PMs/chats.
No small or hidden fonts.
No timed scripted posts.
No bubble gum (Kaldar exempted).

I'm confused lol. You said you're full, Cassandra says your at 16 out of 17 players needed and your list of roles totals to 18 roles. So are you full and looking only for alternates, or are you looking for one more, or are you looking for 2 more? lol.

Well, the game was full until a player dropped out last evening. So, yes, I'm looking for one more to start. However, I'm pretty sure I'm going to need at least one alternate (for DeeAwnTay21), so I might as well say I'm looking for two.

The Cassandra Automatic Vote Tally System

Your Moderator has enabled the Cassandra Automatic Vote Tally system
for this game. In order for it to function correctly, your votes will
need to be formatted correctly. The following rules will explain what
you will need to do:

Players
1. All votes must be bolded

2. The entire vote statement must be bolded and enclosed in bracekts: [vote jmilum]

3. Only one vote per post.

4. If you [vote nightfall] your vote will be locked (voting
nightfall is allowed in the same post as a vote for a player, but it
must come after it, this does not violate Rule #3)

5. Vote tallies will be automatically posted to the game thread hourly
if the tally has changed. The Tally and Vote Logs (for each game day)
are also available on the Cassandra game page.

6. If your vote is not counted be sure to check the Vote Log page and
see if it was marked invalid and why.

7. Case does not matter and simple typos will not cause the vote to fail.

8. You may [vote no lynch] if your game allows it.

9. Non voting players will be listed in the tallies. This will only be
correct if the Moderator notes which players have been killed (see below)

10. Editing a vote post will invalidate the vote and it will not be counted.


Moderators
1. The moderator will need to post [Dawn] when the day begins
(after the night results are posted) and [Dusk] when the lynch
deadline has passed and the day is over. Votes will not be counted
after [Dusk] has been posted. They will be registered again
after [Dawn] is next posted.

2. You may include a day number in the dawn and dusk post for
informational purposes, but it will not be used by the system.
Cassandra will increment an internal counter each time it sees
[Dawn] no matter what day is shown in a dawn post (i.e.
[Dawn 3] the three is allowed but ignored)

3. After dusk has been posted, the Moderator may go to the game page
on Cassandra to request a Final Tally to be posted before the normal
scan period has elapsed (i.e. Game Y gets scanned at 45 min. after the
hour, if it lynches at 7pm the moderator may request a tally to be
posted from the game page before 7:45pm. it will also be posted
regardless of whether or not it has been changed since the last
posting) - Do this by clicking on the 'Retrieve Final Lynch Time Vote' link.

4. You will need to note which players were killed via the lynch or at night by
either posting [killed jmilum] in the thread, or by going to the game
page and editing the player list. When posting in the thread, be sure to post
[dusk] before posting the lynch kill, and post [dawn] before
posting the night kill.
Example:
A. lynch time has passed so post [dusk]
B. goto the game page and select a final tally to be posted
C. check the final tally and post [killed melsana]
D. after the night deadline has passed post [dawn]
E. post the night kill with [killed kima]

Your Moderator has chosen to use the Longest Held Last Vote method for a tiebreaker - This is just for Cassandra system, and there may be a different tiebreaker specified by your Moderator in the ruleset.
