I came up with this one, while I was traveling in bus.
Spoils of War
Whenever you use this to buy a card, if it is:
- an action card: the rest of the players discard two cards.
- a treasure card: the rest of the players get -2 coins.
- a victory card: the rest of the players take a Curse card.
Never tested it, so I don't know if it is balanced. Any thoughts?
It's an interesting thought, but why make it a Treasure/Attack? I should be an Action/Attack, just like every other Kingdom card that gives you bonus coins.
Also, tracking the -2 coins for the other players is going to be pretty difficult.
As a top-of-the-head alternative, undoubtedly inadequately thought through: When you use the bonus coin to buy a card, each other player reveals cards from his deck until he reveals a card of the same type (Action, Treasure, VP) as you bought. He trashes that card and discards any other revealed cards.
That may be too powerful.
