How well does this scale from 2 to more players?

I would like to have several 2 player wargames that can be played with more people from time to time.

Thanks in advance.

It scales from 2-4 pretty well IMO. Finding a 5th player to play Prussia will be difficult because Prussia is neutral on turn 1, and the game could end on turn 1.

I've played it with 2, 3, 4, and 5 players, and each seems to work fine.

I can tell you that I had a lot of fun with 4 players but even more with five. IMO the diplomacy aspect really shines when Prussia is a player nation.

Other users seem to praise this one as a 2 player game. There is one review by a proponent of 2 player Napwars. You can find this here http://boardgamegeek.com/thread/163775. Maybe it helps with your decision from another perspective.
