Also don't overlook the strategy articles here on the Geek once you've gone through the rules. They go a long way toward helping make the game complexity digestible, and moving you toward a winning game.

One of my favorites includes the EXTREMELY thorough (though potentially with some wiggy math) article by dave sdca called WoTR Strategy
