I played a game of this not too long ago where we ran out of cards in the deck before anyone scored enough points to win (we played way too defensively). The rules don't seem to cover this case, we declared "no winner" (it said you needed >= 10 points to win, no one did that). Is there a better rule to cover this?

It can happen. Especially if people sell their cards for Rubium.
But remember you get at least 1 victory point for each battle won! So a game should never end in a draw.

Haha, I believe you're talking about Nexus Ops, not Nexus. To be fair, I've never run out of cards in a Nexus Ops deck, but I imagine I could safely shuffle in the discarded Energize/Mission cards.

Anyone have an answer for Nexus?
