Well, it seems that it's almost time for another con (ConQuest Oregon Oct 3rd & 4th, http://www.ConquestOregon.com), and it got me in the mindset of doing a math trade. There will be about a month between the end of this and the con itself, which means that people can trade at any of the intervening meetups.

Want List: http://www.boardgamegeek.com/geeklist/45851
Math Trade: http://www.boardgamegeek.com/geeklist/45829

Dates:

Deadline to add games: This list closes at Noon, Monday, Sept 7th (unless there's a consensus that everything that's going to be listed has been. In that case, I may end it early).

WANT LISTS DUE: Tuesday, Sept 8th
Results Posted: Wednesday, Sept 9th.

RESULTS FINAL: Thursday, Sept 10th(This allows for any error on my part)

Trade Happens: Thursday, Sept 10th at Lucky Lab, or Sunday, Feb 20th at the Guardian meetup. Alternatively, if there is a meetup that I haven't listed, that works for you, do it.

Re: Anyone interested in a MathTrade?
Would it be a con specific MT, or just a general No-ship MT?
(which con are you talking about?)

I would be in for any MTs!

Re: Anyone interested in a MathTrade?
The con is Conquest Oregon (http://www.ConquestOregon.com). It will be running October 3rd and 4th. It just occurred to me that MT's always happen around Cons, so I though it might be a nice time for one. However, there's NO requirement to trade at the con. I'll probably start it in a day or two and run it for four or five days, and there are currently three or four meetups a week, so there should be plenty of times and locations to meet.

Does Conquest Oregon have a lot of open gaming? I've never been, so some details would be nice. Compared to Game Storm, let's say. (since I've been to that)

The text in the pink boxes at the top is awkward to read because the hexagons overlap with some text, but otherwise it looks fine. This is firefox 2.0 on Linux.

Re: Anyone interested in a MathTrade?
shake

My current Geeklist Auction runs till the 9th.

All my games are locked up in that. Oh well. I was really hoping to get in on a no-ship trade.

*I might find some items to add, I'll see.

Re: Anyone interested in a MathTrade?
I can probably make it to the Meetup on the 10th - if I can't, can I still join? Are people usually flexible?

No sweat. I'd say post something if you have no bids on it, and just enter a blank want list if it sells.

Well, you know how rigid and unforgiving gamers can be.

Any meetup you can make is fine, as long as the person you're trading with agrees to it. Alternatively, you can get the game to a proxy, and have them deliver and pick up for you. In fact, I'll go ahead and add that tidbit into the basic rules (thank you for bringing it up).

If someone does bid on any items from my auction and win, I should be able to get them to you on the 10th (meetup time).
