Why would they possibly reprint a game they gave away for free?

I've yet to see MMP do anything print to play, the closest is the vassal module that is available. I don't believe its their game anyway so the decision may not be theirs to do such a thing.

It was a great promotional item and gained some attention at conventions and online. But unless that attention translated into more sales there probably isn't much motivation to repeat the promotion.

Also, wasn't there a rumor about licensing agreements that limited the number of copies created?

This isn't *exactly* MMP, but is worth mentioning. Two free print-and-play games, Espinosa and Montebello, are available from the following website:

Both games use the NBS system created by The Gamers and published by MMP.
