Can anyone tell me what the best shades are for minwax polyshade...I am interested in dipping smoe figures, and wondered what shades of minwax are similar to army painter? I have read that Minwax Tudor is pretty close to Army Painter Strong...but what about Army Painter Dark...and the lighter one...has anyone compared all three army painter shades for color to Minwax?

I've pretty much stuck to Tudor after an initial experiment with one of the Walnut shades. Tudor is the stuff.

I'm using colonial maple over white primer for wood.

Doors, crates, etc. 2 dips usally does it.
