I've seen the rules in SH Bible concerning the use of other forces from the WH40K universe, such as Imperial Guard or Eldar, but all of them still keep the formula "soldiers of some kind" vs genestealers.
Does anyone know of a variant ruleset or scenario pitting two squads of marines against each other? is it feasible within the SH ruleset?

My armor is contempt. My shield is disgust. My sword is hatred. In the Emperor's name, let none survive.

There is a chapter about Marine traitors in the Space Hulk campaigns book.

The current ruleset is quite suited for this in my opinion, just needs a little tweaking.
Like:

- a "defense roll" for the target of a shot (lke in close combat, attacker's weapon vs 1d6, if target rolls higher, nothing happens)
- a status similar to guard but affecting the defense roll (adding possible reroll) (evade?).
- an additional rule that an overwatch shot does not trigger overwatch (endless cycle)

The setting would pit 2 squads with sergants against each other, CP rules should apply as normal (thus, possibly allowing using cp in reaction of a cp used by the other player)

Thers the 1st Ed rules for Traitor Terminators.
http://spacehulk.barsoom.cc/mirrors/shc/Traitor.htm

Simce they essentially mirror the regular Terminators in all ways.
All you need to do is get some Chaos Terminators and use the rules and timer exactly as if they were regular marines.

Marines survive Flamer hits on a 3 or better. Otherwise shooting is the same as if firing on a Genestealer.

Expect things to get... messy...

And if you do this, the modern plastic Traitor Terminator are awesome! Especially the Lord/Sorcerer kit!

Heavy flamer terminator kill was reduced by FAQ to '3+' in 1E.
