On the tribe cards handed out, it appears that each stone is worth two victory points, plus there are two for having placed the most stones in Jerusalem. However, the rules don't mention this; the just mention the two points for having the most (The King's Favor.)

Which way is correct? Each stone being worth two points seems far too easy.

Are you reading a question mark '?' as a '2' on the tribe cards?

I had the same issue as well. It does look like a "2" to me instead of a "?". I emailed Cactus Games Design, and they told me that the 2 points are only for getting the "King's Blessing" for most stones. They really need to fix those tribe cards to make that clearer. My wife and I took a blue sharpie and colored in the "2" for the stones.
