Hi!

I owe the "Railroad Tycoon" game and not the "Railways of the World" game. Can I play the England and Wales expansions, too?

== is a bit strong. What's the symbol for 'was replaced by and is largely superseded by with a few lingering component niggles' ?

The only difference is that when RoEW refers to "bonds", use the square white "stocks" from the base game.

RoEW comes with it's own set of six stocks for the advanced game.

There are some minor color differences, but not significant.
