Anybody have any recommendations for music to listen to while playing Tales of the Arabian Nights?

About the only thing I have in my collection that's remotely close is a Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan album, and that's not even Arabian.

My SO and I have a lot of middle eastern and ME-inspired music around the house. (It's my other weird hobby.) But for a single suggestion, I'd have to go with a band from Colorado, Kara Nomadica.

A particularly good track for adventuring is "Ottoman Lobotomy," inspired by a band member visiting Istanbul who had an aortic aneurism and briefly flatlined. (Hear it here.)

I'd suggest something by Rabih Abou-Khalil, perhaps Blue Camel or The Sultan's Picnic. Then again, I'm far from the mainstream, musically speaking.
