I finally finished my Dice Tower/GM Screen I picked up from RPGNow and Fat Dragon Games. Took about 4 days to complete. Their are 2 Dice Towers as a part of this and 1 faces the players and one faces the GM. It has holding areas on the GM side for miniatures.

I am going to work on the FDG Dungeon next.

I picked this up at Gen Con...what weight cardstock did you use? Is it satisfactory, or would you have used a heavier weight in hindsight?

I used 110p card stock and used all the recommended inserts that they had suggested in the PDF. It is very stable and it is mounted as suggested on foam core board which gives it more stability.
