So I like poker and have a poker room. I only recently began playing boardgames, which led to this situation....

Time play poker the games came off the table and out to the dining room table. Time to play games they came back to the poker table so we could play games on the dining room table, rinse and repeat.

So I popped down to IKEA and picked up a shelving unit.

Wait, what they don't all fit, so another trip to IKEA to end up with this.

Now I have a a game room!

It's a good start, but you're gonna need more storage than that now that you're on the path to the dark side.
I wish I had a game room.

While the room is yours, just build some custom shelving into the wall. Quick! Before it gets repuposed to a 'craft room' or 'hobby room' or some nonsense! And plexiglass! The heavier and more obnoxiously sized the better!

Nice start to a cozy gaming cave!

If I were a little handier, I may have attempted to build my own.I am actually going to hang these on the wall, after visits to Home Depot, Lowes and and ACE hardware I had to order the flush mount fittings online to do it.
