Here's a fun forum game. You tell 3 things about yourself, but only one of them will be true. The person who guesses which one is true, can come up with another 3 things. I'll start out:

1./ My grandfather was captured by the Allies while driving a tank.
2./ I wanted to join the Apache tribe when I was a child.
3./ I know how to drive a tractor.

1) I have been struck by bicyclists three times in my life.
2) On a dare, I walked along the roof edge of my dorm while singing "I'm looking over my dead dog rover".
3) I played Lost Cities with a coworker ever day at lunch for about a year.

1 has happened to me twice, so believable
3 boring and bland, so must be the lie, therefore 3

*ding* You are correct! It is now your turn.

btw, this happened twice while I was in college, and in both cases it happened on a one-way street on which the bikes were going the wrong way. The second instance caused me to sprain my shoulder.

The last time this happened was 2 weeks before a trip to Colorado with my fiance and her parents. I was playing frisbee on the street with my brother, as we've done thousands of times before. I heard a car turning onto the quiet street from behind me, and instinctively started walking toward the curb. Then this 8yo twerp comes barreling around the other side of the corner, and plows right into me without saying a word of warning! I fell to the curb with my arms outstretched to cushion my fall. I suffered a hairline fracture to my arm. I now have an album full of pictures with me throughout Colorado with my arm in a cast.

I'm happy to report that I've successfully avoided bicyclists for the past 20 years...

The truth is that I played Catan with two coworkers daily at lunch for about a year (1998 - 1999).

Sorry the boss cooked us cheeseburgers for lunch so I was busy.

1. I won the last game of Twilight Imperium that I played
2. My insurance company blamed both car accidents I was in involving bicyclists on the two bicyclists.
3. I went to a yoga class last Tuesday night

2. I loved the movie "Pulp Fiction"
3. I have a black belt in Tae Kwon Do

Answer soon, or it will be awhile until I pass the baton.

Yes. I saw them in Buffalo in the '70s. Great defense.

2. I didn't like Pulp Fiction much.
3. I was one rank short. My son and I were nearing the end of our TKD involvement, and I didn't want to pay the $500 testing fee just to say I had it.
