You could try

http://www.cyclingnews.com/road/races/calendar/2009

which has just about everything, or

http://www.uci.ch/templates/UCI/UCI2/layout.asp?MenuId=MTUyM...

for just the major events.

Hope that helps,

Dave

Nothing wrong with David's links, but since you are Danish why not visit the official Danish Cycling Union website.

Aaahhhh, a race calendar - just what I was looking for!!!

Thanks to both of you!
Has any of you tried this game?
If yes, what do you think about it.
I think it is great fun to play.
The family can get really 'high' when playing this game!

No worries.

No I haven't tried the game, I'm hoping for an English version of the website so I can get to grips with the game a bit more before I buy it, as money is a bit tight at the moment!

If it's as good a game as you say, then it should naturally get a more international following so long as distribution is good.

Until then, watching and reading with interest!

Perhaps I should scan the rules in the four versions and upload them here?
I will ask the game designer if that's okay.

Read the rules, and found the game lacklustre at best.
Leader 1 is a far better game IMO.
But my favorite cycling games is Breaking Away
with 6-Tage Rennen and Um Reifenbreite as my other favorite choices.

Sorry: glansløs.

I could also have used the words:
dull - kedelig
colorless - farveløs

Wouw, sorry you feel like that about the game.
I do think it's a fun game.
It's hard to keep one of your riders at the top in for ex. the 21 stages of Tour de France or one of the smaller tour races with 4, 6 or 8 stages.
With a limited numbers of cards to play it is hard to get up front and win a stage and collect more cards. So perhaps you have to go for the sprint/mountain points instead.
Do you keep your team together or let the riders ride in smaller groups?
Do you break out of the bunch or hold back and wait for another attack and follow it with a contra-attack?
I think there is a lot of different decessions to make in the game.

The game pieces are made in very good quality and it's only because I'm a sucker for collecting and painting figures, that I went for the 1/32 riders!

I recall that you come from Jylland (correct me if I'm wrong), so I hope you will take a look at the game once more, when it comes to Aarhus (16/01) or Aalborg (17/10).

Just looked at your profile - you're from Copenhagen, so go to Lyngby Storcenter the 7/th November!!!
