For overall fun, interaction, and in playing with non-gamers, which would be your game of choice...

To Court the King
Yahtzee: Free-For-All
Combo King
Dice Town

Thanks.

Right now, I find Dice Town to be the most fun and interactive. However, I would hesitate to teach it to non-gamers if other more familiar games were available. For a group of non-gamers, I would go with Yahtzee Free For All as a more accessable (but still fun) choice.

To Court the King is far too fiddly for people who are not accustomed to games, but Knights does the same sort of thing in an easier to digest form.

Dice Town is great fun with 4 players + but if you are thinking of playing with just two players, I suggest you forget about it.

Regards.

Edit: typo
