I think that all right-thinking people in this country are sick and tired of being told that ordinary, decent people are fed up in this country with being sick and tired. I’m certainly not, and I’m sick and tired of being told that I am.
I almost never worry about wrinkled clothes. The humidity is so high here that in just the 20 minutes it takes me to drive to work my shirts get the equivalent of being steamed for a couple minutes, and the worst wrinkles are usually gone by the time I arrive.
Of course, I spend much of the rest of my day inside a highly air-conditioned (68 deg. F) secure room, so the humidity in my shirt and jeans chills quickly and I feel cold and clammy for the first couple of hours.
Man, I can't wait to move back north to reasonable humidity levels.
