Recently I've recreated several of my Wizard Kings maps in a different graphics style for my own enjoyment. Since I obviously can't post them at print-ready resolution (they are commercial products after all), I've uploaded them to my gallery at reduced size (with permission from Tom Dalgliesh at Columbia Games).
Here is an example:
The maps are done with the mapping software Campaign Cartographer 3 (I happen to work for the creators, ProFantasy software), and I've posted templates and tools to create maps in this style over at their forums. Their use is a bit too specific to upload here at BGG, but if someone here owns CC3 and wants to use them, they're welcome to head over and grab the zip.
I'm also in the process of creating reference/spell cards matching my terrain graphics. The first two are available in my gallery, but naturally are mostly useful, if you create maps in this styles.
Suddenly a shot rang out! A door slammed. The maid screamed. Suddenly a pirate ship appeared on the horizon! While millions of people were starving, the king lived in luxury. Meanwhile, on a small farm in Kansas, a boy was growing up.
