In another thread, the question came up:

Suppose the humans have failed Bomb on Colonial One. Now suppose that a human gets executed and chooses to come back as Zarek or Roslin, who start on Colonial One. (Either the Kobol objective is being used, or New Caprica has not yet been reached.) Where do they start?

Official word came today: Start them in the Hangar Deck.

Makes sense, since the new characters would (presumably) be flying over to Galactica from whatever civilian ship they were on at the time.

Thanks for asking! =)
