This is an honest pices of advice based upon your previous threads. Do not play with any whatsoever. There is no need to add additional chrome to a game you are still learning how to play.
Personnaly I play with none anyway since I think they unbalance the game and just add complexity for the sake of it.
I only use the 13.2 optional rules. They are easy to implement and fun to play. I don't bother with the rest.
This game does not need added complexity, IMHO.
