So, what optional and advanced rules do players think that they must play with each game?

I'm thinking of using the following in my next game.

13.21 US Production
13.31 June Invasion
13.33 German Airborne
13.34 Germany’s Final Offensives:
13.35 Me 262 Jet Fighters:
13.41 Scandinavian Prudence:
13.43 Greece Enters the War:
13.45 Limited Special Action Builds:
13.46 Overlord:
13.47 RESTRICTIONS ON GSU PURCHASES:
14.41 The von Paulus Pause:
14.43 Declarations of War and Surprise:
14.46 Ground-Support Units Affecting Naval Combat:
14.47 Carpet Bombing:
14.49 Aircraft Conversions:

This is an honest pices of advice based upon your previous threads. Do not play with any whatsoever. There is no need to add additional chrome to a game you are still learning how to play.

Personnaly I play with none anyway since I think they unbalance the game and just add complexity for the sake of it.

Hi Jason,

I only use the 13.2 optional rules. They are easy to implement and fun to play. I don't bother with the rest.

This game does not need added complexity, IMHO.
