Hello:

Lately I am having diffficulty uploading images. I have tried both Internet Explorer and Firefox and tried on two separate computers. Just hangs when I upload. I have used current uploader and legacy uploader and both fail. Very odd.

Any suggestions?

Here is the message I receive when I try to upload from Firefox using the Legacy File Uploader:

Not Found

The requested URL /invaliddomain was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache Server at image Port 80

The Url Bar shows:

http://image/invaliddomain

Any help would be very much appreciated. cry

I am unable to reproduce your problem on Firefox using the Legacy Image uploader. How large is the image file?

I noticed this morning that the image had indeed exceeded 10MB. I did not think my camera was capable of that, but there were so many colors in the photo that the image could not interpolate the colors. I re-sized the image to make it smaller and it worked. I am guessing there is a size boundary that got exceeded.

An error message would be beneficial. Thanks for looking into the problem, I hope this additional information sheds light on the cause.
