I read you can't walk through a lamp post. I placed a building as cloud right above the lamp post next to the street exit blocking the exit entirely. Is this a legal move though?

I figured it was since Jack can use the ships as an exit.

Thanks in advance.

I must think over my position and how I may improve it.

You can do this, just keep in mind Green (forget the name) can turn either of those objects into a park, so it's not blocked forever.

Yes that is a big difference if you read the rule on the park you must place it over a subway, lamppost or building site. Parks cannot be placed anywhere else on the board.
