I think I read it somewhere, but I just can´t find it again.

1.) If both players run out of Troop cards and can´t get their fields full it´s a draw.

2.) If the players run out of tricks, can they reshuffle them or do they play without further tricks?

In case they are reshuffled, that means that there are two discard piles: one for the troops and one for the tricks. Is this correct?

True! We call it "Scorched Earth".

Neither deck refreshes, so you can just throw them all in one big trash heap. Once you run of tricks, it becomes a very quick game.

You *CAN* throw them all in one heap... but then you're going to have to sort them out afterwards. New house rule: "Loser sorts"?
