According to this card, at the beginning of a battle in which you are the attacker, all enemy units are automatically disorganized. Does this mean that they must also automatically retreat? Following standard battle rules, a disorganized unit must retreat immediately.

If the answer is yes then it's maybe a too powerful card, don't you think?

Yes, it is a very powerful card "for just one battle". As you have seen there are lots of battles. Winnig a battle can be very important and this card helps a lot; but too many times you need more RP and/or some cards cannot/must not be played so, this card is worth a good RP...
You can hold the card until you need to win a battle as attacker, but too many times it is not worth.

This is my reasoning about the impact of that card.

Ok, thanks, Francisco.

It's then really a powerful card in the last "turns" of the game. You can automatically occupy Stalingrad or Maikop leaving no time for enemy reaction before ending the game.

Yes, the system makes the end-games very tense and decisive.
So, if you have the card in your hand at the end of the game, you can strike for sure at a given point. The same for the "Katyushas" Soviet card.
One play I retoke Kharkov with the SS Pz Corps with the engineers card just in time to avoid losing the game.
Randomness have a big role in this. I thik this is one of the "strongpoints" of the system: is difficult to make things happens in the same sequence in two plays.

But there is a big difference there, With the Katyushas card you deplete all the enemy units. So they can stay in the area... For what is worth I think the Assault engineers card is too powerful as it is. It act like a nuke bomb on an area.
