From my collection I can recommend the following:
Bohnanza (2-7, Card Game)
Fearsome Floors (2-7)
Flaschenteufel (Bottle Imp, 2-4, Card Game)
Fluxx and all its variants (2-6, Card Game)
Keltis (first stab at a Lost Cities Boardgame with Cards, before being re-imagined, re-tooled,2-4)
Pickomino (2-7, Dice and Domino Game) Great for the pub
Stone Age (2-4)
Sushizock im Gockelwok (2-5, Dice and Domino Game)
A lot of components to setup but still worth playing:
If you like Agricola, you can certainly try Le Havre. Same but different. It is also a long game.
Stone Age is a great game in the same worker placement genre that plays quicker and is really good with two.
The one that hits me first, from my experience with my wife and 'grico is Stone Age.
Also these come to mind within the parameters you've set without any direct connection to the ones you've listed.
This may not seem wife friendly due to the theme but my wife will always play
And the sleeper hit
I see you have T&T; do you not prefer it over TTR series?
If you like Mr. Jack in New York, I'd say get the original. It's simpler in the design and, in my opinion, is much better for it. My fiance and I really enjoyed Mr. Jack, and when we played the "sequel" we couldn't stand it. Too many special powers that are just overdeveloped in our opinion. The simplicity of the original made it great.
That aside, Valdora is a game my fiance liked as well. Pick up and deliver type game without a lot of rules to memorize.
