There are a couple of other manufacturers do Rat Ogre equivalents. Impact Miniatures do one, can't remember the other one off the top of my head, but both are bigger than the GW ones if I recall correctly.

http://fumbbl.com/help:AlternativeMinis

is a link to a list of non-GW models suitable for BB.
(copy in to address line as the bit after the colon won't link for some reason!)

I have a rat ogre that's very similar to that one. Mine looks like this:

Problem is: I don't know who made it either. I'm guessing it's from Games Workshop regular Warhammer line. It's plastic though...

Edit: Check his auction for a rat ogre that's the same.. It is a regular Warhammer model.

Hmmm...

Looks good.

I regret that I sold mine. Also based on an old GW figure. Not BB.

maybe it is time for another one.

The Rat Ogre shown above with the 3 arms is the one I've got for my newest Skaven Team, it's an old Boneripper- Grey Seer Thanquol's right hand monster!
It's slightly bigger then most other Rat Ogres and looks mean as hell!goo
