Anyone care to speculate as to what cards we will see in Alchemy and Prosperity? Post your cards here, and thumb whatever suggestions you think will be in the upcoming expansions.

Investment
Cost: 5
Type: Action
You may discard a Copper from your hand. If you do, gain a Copper, putting it on top of your deck.
You may discard a Silver from your hand. If you do, gain a Silver, putting it on top of your deck.
You may discard a Gold from your hand. If you do, gain a Gold, putting it on top of your deck.

I'd say

Potion
Cost: 4
Type: Treasure
Value: 2 coin + 1 magic

Also make colony cost at least 12.

My Guess:
Potion
Cost:2
Type: Treasure
Value: 1 Potion

Sorry, but I personally doubt Colony will happen.
Investment looks Interesting, but could be wordesd better, can you do all 3?

And I'll throw another in:
Winery
Cost: 4
Type: Action/Victory
Action: Choose one: Gain a Potion or; Gain a Silver.
Victory: 1 VP
(I was going to have it as just gain a Potion, but I wanted it to be usefull in games where no cards needed potions).

Some more ideas:

Alchemist
Cost:4 Coins
Type: Action
Action: Trash a potion, if you do, gain a Gold.

Water of Life
Cost: 3 Coins + 1 Potion
Type: Action - Duration
Action: Now and at the start of your next turn, +1 Action +1 Card.

One of the playtesters has said that Potion will cost 4. This hasn't been officially confirmed, but I'd wager that it's true.

I'll bet that Potion is going to look exactly like this.

If Potion were cheaper to buy and didn't produce coins when played, then it would become much harder to get the Potion card(s) and the needed coins to purchase the Alchemy cards you want when you want them. Not only that, but once you bought all of the Alchemy cards that you want in your deck, Potion would become a dead card. It's sort of like how Black Market gives you 2 coins to spend when played, increasing the chance that you'll be able to buy the card you want.

Furthermore, let's say that you're playing a set that includes only one or two Alchemy cards and Swindler (from Intrigue). You've chosen not to use any Alchemy cards in your strategy. If Potion costs 2 and only provides a 'potion' to spend, then your opponent can swindle away your 2-cost cards and essentially give you garbage. If Potion costs 4 and provides 2 coins, then they can only swindle your 4-cost cards into what is essentially Silver, which isn't too bad.

EDIT: As far as Action card speculation goes, here's an idea: A card that costs some amount of coins and exactly 2 'potions'. It's a one-shot card that gains you Gold cards or some other similarly useful advantage. It's like Treasure Map in that you have to have 2 cards in your hand simultaneously to get the bonus. But since you don't trash the Potions and you have to take the intermediate step of buying an Action card, the advantage isn't nearly as good as 4 Gold on your deck.

Standard Dominion rules for resolving. The clauses don't depend on each other at all, so yes, you can do all three. (They resolve in order, so the Gold ends up above Silver, which ends up above Copper.) It's probably horribly abusable as a Gold factory and utterly broken with Gardens, though.

Winery looks interesting, but it seems almost unilaterally inferior to Bureaucrat if nothing requiring Potions is in play. The 1 VP is hardly worth the loss of the Attack and the stacking of the Silver.

Trash Collector
Cost: 4
Type: Action-Victory

+1 Action

You may trash up to two cards from your hand.

Worth 1 VP for every 10 cards in the trash pile.

^This is definitely a cool idea.

How about:

Fortress
Cost: 3
Type: Victory-Reaction

Worth 1 Victory Point
When another player plays an Attack card, you may reveal this from your hand. If you do, you are unaffected by that Attack.

From the Mutual Admiration Society...I like your card too.
