OP can stand for "Original Packaging" and OOP can stand for "Out Of Package" as an indication of an item's condition in auctions and such. I have seen this a lot on eBay. I'm not sure if it is used in the BGG marketplace.

For another possible meaning, OP can mean organised play, in the context of CCGs. (Tournaments, etc, organised to promote the game. Magic especially has a huge OP program)
