So I know this thread is quite old, but has anyone tried this? I'm definitely considering doing it for a big BBQ day with a bunch of non-gamers.

I'm concerned that the turning rules is a little complicated. The description of the "turning template" isn't too clear and am I right in understanding that you can make multiple turns (up to 30° each) on the same play turn?
