For designing your own scenarios, is there a game scale represented? For example, in Yankees and Rebels, the units are divisions. Is that the case here?

Usually are represented infantry divisions and cavalry brigades. Artillery battery are not represented correctly for game balance.
Seldom...infantry brigades and cavalry regiments.
