I was wondering how many types of software to manage boardgames exist on the web.
Surely a lot, and some example can be found in BGG (i.e. Twilight Imperium Manager)...
Do you know of some good software to use with boardgames? That should include:
- freeware boardgame clones (so one can try a game before buying)
- boardgames managers (i.e. the twilight imperium's one)
- boardgames databases (programs to archive, manage, rank our private collections) or templates (excel/access/others)
Someone that is more informed than me could put out a geeklist with the boardgames and the URLs to the software...
Obviously it should be all freeware/opensource/legal software.
here are a few programs to play game with over the internet
and if you are just looking to play abstract games
"- boardgames databases (programs to archive, manage, rank our private collections) or templates (excel/access/others)"
Heh, what do you think the geek is? It's accessable everywhere, as long as you have the internet.
