I recently bought Shogun. Unfortunately when I opened the box I discovered that the top most layer of the Cubetower was bent. I contacted Queen Games via their website. A complete replacement Cubetower turned up yesterday all the way from Germany! Lots of thanks to the company for such great customer service.

I just went back and searched their site again.

There are menu selections along the right side.

Go to Publisher on top. Then on the publisher page, select contact on the right to get a 'submission' form.

I swear those on the right weren't there when I posted this question. But, I was at home using Safari. Now I'm at work using Firefox. Some sites work differently with different browsers (which is why I tried from work). At least that's my story

I too had excellent service from Queen Games, a card was damaged in my sealed box of Roma, they sent one out a replacement card no questions asked and I got it within a week or so. And I'm in Australia.

I just wanted to chime in with Queen Games praises!

A few weeks ago I used their online form to request a couple replacement Fresco pieces that were damaged out of the box. I never heard a response from them, but the pieces I needed just showed up today and I could not be happier!
