Hey eBooks readers. Some questions for you.

Is it possible for you to buy just a single chapter of a book?
Is it possible for you to buy just a single article from a magazine or journal?
Which of the big eBook sellers (Amazon, Borders, B&N, Apple iBooks, etc?) are offering this?

From our experience as Kindle/Amazon users: the answer is no. You can see previews of books and magazines before you buy - but it may not be the article/chapter you're looking for. I would hazard a guess that the answer is no for the other distributors, as well. If they did do that, they would probably advertise it to separate them from their competitors.

I know for ebooks on amazon, which you can access with either kindle or ipad, you can preview the chapter before you buy. This is usually the first chapter.
