Does that exist? Not variants from MtG, but true games that actually play well solo and are relatively easy to find

Try out Tomb Raider Collectible Card Game or Middle-earth.

Both are relatively easy to find but MECCG is more costly.

There is a game coming out this June called dungeoncrawler (http://www.dungeoncrawler.com/ccg/index.php) that might fit the bill. It can be played either one or two player.

Well I`m not sure that this qualifies as a LCG but....

Dungeoneer: Tomb of the Lich Lord

It is good solo and it does have expansions.Great artwork , IMHO.

Shadowrun CCG has fanmade rules for Solo play. I have read it and it seems like it could be fun. I have not tried it yet.

Re: solo CCG or LCGdungeoneer
I'll second Tomb Raider Collectible Card Game, and, with reservations, Dungeoneer: Vault of the Fiends (any of them). Dungeoneer doesn't quite work, but Tomb Raider includes official solo rules in the box.

The Warren is a roleplaying game about intelligent rabbits trying to make the best of a world filled with hazards, predators and, worst of all, other rabbits.

How do you play Dungeoneer solo?

All the monsters and trap cards are played by your opponents

I toyed with it as a solo using a variant off of BGG. I don't remember exactly, but I think it was in the files section of the base game. Not bad.

War for Edaðh
It has a full detailed and working solo mode and different rules are coming with the next expansions

The Middle-Earth CCG (the old one, not the one based on the movies) does have a solo mode, although it was not designed for this purpose. It is not too good and a little fiddly (but the game is anyway) but it will give you your CCG– (and Tolkien–, if you're like me) fix while at the same time allowing you to test your deck against archetypal hazard strategies.
