Looks good, Pete!

There are 2 small things you missed:

In SETUP:
Each player gets 2 Hail Caesar! Cards (1 Persuade and 1 Manipulate).

In PLAYED PERSUADE:
2. The Player may play a Tactics card from his hand of the current Supporter Type for an action.

With the persuade scheme, is it like the Manipulate where you decide to either gain a supporter or play a tactic? Or do you always gain the full amount of supporters (equal to the actions you earned on this turn), and then can play tactics equal to those actions?

Game End
Hi there! Just played my first game over lunch today. I wanted to clarify something above:

________________________________

GAME END:
Any player who has 13 or more supporters including at least one of every type is the winner. If more than one player scores this on the same turn, the player with the most supporters wins. In the case of a tie, the person with the most Senators wins.

________________________________

This implies that you play out a full turn even if one of the players has acquired 13 supporters. That contradicts what it says in the manual, where the game ends immediately when a player. I just wanted to get the final word on which is correct, thanks!

Just to make double clear. You do not deal out any tactics cards to any players at the beginning of the game, correct?

You simply begin with your one each of the Hail Caesar cards and have to earn/work your way from there to gain more cards, etc. Is that right?

Great game--definitely gets you thinking!
