Some silly questions, I suppose, but here we go.

I live in the US, and thus along with the city there's a state/province. But there's no state/province entry on the Adam-spielt address form. How do people over here fill that in?

Also, what's the US international call prefix? If my US number is (555) 555-5555, what is it internationally?

Thanks! Finally going to get deluxe Return of the Heroes and probably put Runebound on the trade pile.

(And drown my woes, but that's a different story.)

Another question:
Do they accept online credit card payment (VISA, Mastercard) on a secure server?

Secure Server
Their server is secure, but the credit card is charged manually, not online in real-time. Still, I guess the answer you are looking for is yes. In fact, I believe they only allow credit card payments for foreign customers.

By the way, you should note that Adam usually charges shipping proportional to your order size, rather than many other German retailers that give shipping discounts for large orders.

Mmm... I don't trust these kind of things. I'll stick to Playme.de.
