The German sites usually carry most of what is in print. For go there are a number of specialty stores. Except for that, I don't know. Many other of the top abstract games can be manufactured yourself with a square or hex grid, and various counters.

For example, I use 100 laser cut hegagons to make a modular hexagonal board, where you can play many interesting abstract games... but I am not sure you meant this abstract

search & compare site
If there is a specific game or games you are interested in, you can compare prices from various US merchants at http://www.michaelareed.com/boardgamesearch/ and of course there's always eBay.

There are lots of specialty sites that may offer just one game. For example, http://www.mathpuzzle.com/ offers a better deal on Chaos Tiles (if they have any left) than you would get from Kadon.

As Carl pointed out, most abstracts can be played using square or hexagonal grids and pieces borrowed from some other game. Maybe this is one reason why the market for abstracts is so thin...

If playing online or against a computer opponent is if any interest to you, you might be interested in http://www.zillionsofgames.com/ Zillions is not a server, but players can meet online (through MSN Messenger for example.)
