1. All Central American (including Panama) and Caribbean countries begin the game aligned to the USA.

2. Argentina and Chile can be aligned by Germany.

3. Brazil and Mexico can be aligned by the USA.

4. Whenever a neutral nation is declared war upon, not only are they aligned to the other side, but the other side also gains the ability to EITHER align one additional neutral minor OR to declare war on a minor nation without this penalty on any future impulse (without expiry).

More modifications:

2 and 3: These countries can be aligned during setup, if desired.

(REVISED) 4. Declaring war (select 2) and/or dropping an A-bomb (select 1) allows your opponent to:
a) Get all of another country's resources, or
b) Align a country that is already providing all of its resources, or
c) De-align one of your nations, if there are no unaligned countries.

5. First preference for target minor country is always a nation in or adjacent to the event that caused the alignment (e.g. a DoW or an A-Bomb).

6. Venezuela provides all its resources to the Allies at game start.
