Hi there,

Paul's Orders decks are from the previous run, but with new camp cards that I carried back with me from Shanghai a couple of weeks ago. We did have a few cases left which I disappeared into the Amsterdam abysss, but it's the new camp cards that are the main reason why we've suddenly been able to ship a few hundred extra copies.

There's really very little difference between the two printings - the new cards are slightly lighter, and don't have the occasional pallisade misprints. On the other hand, the one thing I missed on proofing this print run was including 1cm side slits and a fold on the back of the tuck boxes, so the cards are slightly harder to get in and out of their packs.

Probably most importantly, though, is that Paul got his order in early and then took his stock air freight - so these are truly the only copies for sale anywhere in Europe right now. Also, since we're now out of stock until we start shipping to Cool Stuff / distributors in early July, I don't expect there to be any more over there for about a month.

Cheers,

Hmmm, maybe this is an ignorant question, but: What is a "camp card"?

The camp card is the large card which describe the seven roles, and which you shove things under all four sides of.

So, there were no changes to card texts or any other changes that have an effect on the rules or how the game plays? All of the changes are only related to "cosmetic" aspects of the components?

100% correct. The new print run is exactly the same edition as the existing I.V edition.

Mine arrived today from Paul. Thanks, I even managed to smuggle it past the wife - just got to get time to read and understand the rules before I introduce it to my Wednesday night game night.
