It cannot be until when it is because if it were sooner I wouldn't be able to go since my work schedule is booked until November and that's when I get my vacation. So while I am excited about BGG, it can't be until when it is.

/well, my company just scheduled an 'off site' for the same week as BGG con. It will run through Friday in San Antonio. Sigh. I'd planned to get to BGG con on Wed but now will be working at this off site. Now the question, if I don't make it to BGG con until late Friday afternoon, is it 'worth' it, or should I sell my pass?

My first year I didn't arrive until Friday afternoon. I still had a full weekend of gaming. For the same cost many SF cons run Friday-Sunday and don't have nearly as much that's as fun for me to do as gaming, but they are completely worth it to me, so getting just that much at BGG was well worth it. I say go.

Now that my birthday's over, BGG.con is the next really big thing to look forward to on my calendar, so I feel you.

Will you be joining us for late-night Werewolfing again this year, Debbie? Even besides the great pictures you took, it was great fun having you there.

I played in one werewolf game with Debbie, but her eyes were so droopy she just couldn't lie the way I'm sure she normally does... Altho perhaps that's why she didn't die instantly. ninja

This will be my second year, and I am *SO* looking forward to going. And I am quite determined to be there.

How determined? Well, put it this way, I finally have enough $ to file for divorce, so I'm getting that submitted to the court this coming week (it's $230). After that, after maintenance (aka alimony) and child support are sorted out, I don't know if the kids and I will be living in a place big enough for us to each have our own bedroom or if it's a little 1 bedroom slumber party in our futures (lol)...I don't know if I'll have time off from work (as it's currently a temp job, so no paid time off), so I'm either taking unpaid days off come November or if it's transitioned to a full time job by then (crosses fingers), then I'll be using whatever vacation time I have!

If I don't have the money to fly, I'll be (hopefully) riding down with some other crazies from Colorado (BGGCON!), and if I can't pay for the room, I'll be crashing on someone's floor.

It may be a crazy situation...

But as bgg is my witness, I will be there!
