When you check to see if the Nimrods detect a raid, you may have to skip the roll to due to lack of support.
The rules then say "If the Nimrods are off-station, check the SAS marker." Is "off-station" A) no Nimrods due to lack of support, B) Nimrods failed their detection roll, or C) Either. I suspect it's C) but I just wanted to clarify.

The Nimrods can be off station because of lack of international support or the detection roll failed. If the SAS are stationed at the attacking base, they have intel you can use. The Nimrod intel is better so you use that if available.
